Chili Pork Recipe

Cooks in ~ 3hours chili-pork
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2-1/2 tsp Cumin (ground)
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh Cilantro
  • 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin (cubed)
  • 1 dash Black Pepper (ground)

Mix the chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic, cilantro, and pepper in a bowl very well.

Coat the pork cubes with the mixture and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Bake for 2 hours in an oven preheated at 107 degrees C, until the pork is crispy.
